Gelato Panna Cotta served on grilled mango and amaretti biscuits

Gelato Panna Cotta

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 2 mango
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 200g Gelato Panna Cotta
  • 10 Amaretti biscuits

PROCEDURE

  • Cut the mango into two parts and peel it.
  • Heat a grill pan and melt a tablespoon of butter
  • When the pan is hot, put the mango, with the flat side down, on the pan and let, it cook for 2/3 minutes
  • Put an half mango on a plate, place a large scoop of gelato on top and the finish with some crubled Amaretti biscuits
