Gelato Panna Cotta served on grilled mango and amaretti biscuits
Gelato Panna Cotta
Ingredients for 4 people
2 mango
1 teaspoon of butter
200g Gelato Panna Cotta
10 Amaretti biscuits
PROCEDURE
Cut the mango into two parts and peel it.
Heat a grill pan and melt a tablespoon of butter
When the pan is hot, put the mango, with the flat side down, on the pan and let, it cook for 2/3 minutes
Put an half mango on a plate, place a large scoop of gelato on top and the finish with some crubled Amaretti biscuits
